I'm sure all of you are aware that Mic is back in the hospital because of the second round of chemo elevating his temperature. Although uncomfortable--as you can imagine--this is a completely normal side-effect It was expected.
However, Mic started having some unexpected chest pain issues on Tuesday. He had another MRI in order to determine the cause behind the pain. Details are a bit sketchy at the moment, but the physicians believe that Mic may have a blood clot somewhere.
Doctors would normally treat this issue with the clot-busting drug Heparine. As I understand it, using Heparine isn't a treatment option at this time because of the state of Mic's blood cell counts. I wish I could tell you more, but that's all that I have at the moment.
The reason that I'm posting the blog today is simple. I'm asking each one of you to continue praying for Mic, Wendy, and the rest of the family. Also, please pray for the nurses and physicians caring for him.
David built an altar to the LORD there and sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. Then the LORD answered prayer in behalf of the land, and the plague on Israel was stopped. ~2 Samuel 24:24-25
