If you know Mic, you can hear him saying, "I was up all night studying for the test. I hope I passed!" Of course THE TEST was his bone marrow tap. He said to tell you that it was painful, but he got through it. We should have the results by tomorrow afternoon.
As far as his blood work goes, his white and platelet counts are in normal ranges. The red cells are the last to move up but are slowly climbing. The doctor expects them to be in the normal range within a couple weeks. He might need one last blood transfusion, but that has not been confirmed.
His color is good and his cough is almost completely gone. He's off all antibiotics and is no longer considered neutropenic. This means no more IV pole and machine! (Guess that means no more pole dancing, Honey!)
Hoping that he will come home soon! Please continue to pray for complete healing.
